The room is one of the 4 rooms, on the 4rth floor of an Altbau building. Although there is no elevetor, the straicase is decorated with beautiful paintings and flowers. Besides the room iteslef, an attic room is also included (currently used for practicing musical instruments). Additionally, storage space in the attic and in the basement is provided, where bikes can be kept.
The room itself is approximately 23sqm, with big windows. It is furnished, with bed, mattress, chest drawers, quilt and bedsheets. They are barely used and I intend to sell while leaving the room, pricing at 250E.
Although the flat consists of 4 room, there are only 3 residents, as the last room is used as a living room, or to host someone, and once a week the landlord (who is a relaxed and understanding person) stays overnight.
Lastly, as you can see from the photos, the flat is equipped with all the utilities, meaning, induction oven, washing mashine and dryer and an amazing shower. From the balcony you can see the Hof, which can be used from all.
The final price of the room, including the garbage, internet and radio is 580E.
As mentioned the flat is designed for 3 residents, while having an extra room. Becuase the flat neighbors with other flat the quite hours (22.00-06.00) must be respected, but his doesn't mean you cannot have friends around. Additionally, being able to communicate and respect the flatmates is needed as well, since you are going to be respected as well :). Being clean, tidy and thoughtful is a good trait. Besides that,
we are international, we welcome casual discussions and sharing of a cup of coffee, although up to today we do not plan our nights together.
The location of the flat is simply amazing. It is located between Schlossberg and Waldsee. More specifically, it lies between the Alter Messplatz tram stop (line 1) and a street away from the dreisam. By bike, from one side, the city center is reached in 10 minutes, while from the other you can be in Schwarzwald. Additionally, the ZÖ (Zentrum Öberwierre) is next to the tram stop, where different supermarkets, fast food, shoe places etc. can be found. Once a week there is a farmers market next the mall. Overall, the flat is perfect for being close to the nature, while being close to the center as well.
Smoking allowed at the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Once per 2 weeks a cleaning lady comes (fees are calculated in the rent).
