Du suchst ein möbliertes Zimmer? In einer gemeinschaftlichen WG, die gern zusammen kocht und Essen teilt (vegan/vegetarisch)? Dir ist offene Kommunikation wichtig und du kannst dem dörflichen Charme von Freiburg St. Georgen atwas abgewinnen? Du hast Lust auf Gemeinschaft und kannst Verantwortung für Haushalt und co. übernehmen? Du hast Lust ein bisschen Leben zu teilen (wenn du grad Energie für hast, wenn nicht, ist auch ok)? Vielleicht spielst du auch gern oder singst Karaoke?
Wir suchen bevorzugt eine FLINTA*-Person, die Lust hat mit uns zu wohnen! Eine von uns macht was mit Nüsschen und Körperarbeit, geht sonst den typischen Freiburger Hobbies nach und ist ein offener, kommunikativer und humorvoller Mensch, der politisch aktiv ist. Die andere der neuen Mitbewohnis ist ein bewegungsfroher Mensch, lacht gern und laut, ist viel and der frischen Luft, manchmal mit, manchmal ohne Rollschuhe - und ist auch feministisch-politisch aktiv.

Miete: ca. 400 Euro mit allem
Zimmer: ca. 16qm, Fenster zu 2 Seiten, gemütlich möbliert
Wohnung: altes Fachwerk-Haus, mit gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer
Hausgemeinschaft: sehr nett, alle kennen sich

Und sonst: Mein Zimmer ist dicht an dem meiner Mitbewohnerin - das heißt, es ist wirklich sehr hellhörig. Da wir eng sind macht uns das nichts aus oder wir finden es sogar ganz schön. Falls du sehr geräuschempfindlich bist oder nach Mitternacht nur noch leise Musik hören für dich keine Option ist, passt es eher nicht. Eventuell würden wir deswegen auch Zimmer tauschen: dann würdest du ein 12qm-großes, möbliertes Zimmer beziehen (gleich neben dem Wohnzimmer), das nur 350 Euro kostet.
Und: Falls du nur bis Ende Ende Juni was brauchst oder auch bis Ende Juli, finden wir eine Lösung. Falls du langfristig was suchst und es voll gut passt, könnten wir vielleicht auch zusammen weiter suchen, da auch wir Ende August ausziehen müssen.

Preferably, we are looking for a WLINTA* person who wants to live with us! One of us is a nut expert, does bodywork and other “typical Freiburg hobbies”. She’s open-minded, talkative, funny and politically active. The other flatmate loves motion and laughing out loud. She’s outside a lot, sometimes with, sometimes without her old-school roller blades - and she’s also in feminist activism.

rent: 400 euros, all inclusive
room: approx. 16 qm, two-sided windows, cozyly furnished
flat: old half-timber house, shared, cozy living-room
house community: very friendly, everyone knows everyone

My room is closely connected to the one of my flatmate - meaning, you kind of share each others lives acoustically. Since we are very close, we kind of enjoy this. But if you are very sensitive to noise or you cannot level down your music after midnight, we might not match. To avoid this we also consider to swap rooms. In that case, you would have a 12qm room for only 350 euros, next to the living-room, also furnished.
We can discuss the exact moving in and out dates, there’s some flexibility. Eventually, if we really connect well, we could search for something long-term together, since also we have to move out end of August.
