Hi, I am Francesco!
I am subrenting two rooms in a three-room shared flat. One room is empty. the other room is furnished (the previous flatmate would like to have 300/350€ for the forniture). The warm rent for both rooms is 450€. The deposit is equal to one month's rent (450€).
My idea of a shared flat can be summarized in three words: dialogue, and openness. I say what I think. I expect the same from people I share a flat with. During the week, I am almost everyday at the office. In my free time I play kayak polo and I often go bouldering or swimming after work. I like cooking and baking. That does not mean I am good at it. Nevertheless, I would be happy to share food, a beer or a tea sometime. In my room, there is a little balcony. I'd be happy to grow plants with my new flatmates there. We can also squeeze in there to eat together.
