(English below) WICHTIG: Da ich in dieser Wohnung mit meinem Kater lebe und in naher Zukunft noch eine weitere Katze dazukommen wird, bitte nur Interessenten die auch Katzen mögen. Ehemalige Katzenbesitzer haben Bonuspunkte. ;)
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 15qm² groß und derzeit bis auf einen großen Wandschrank unmöbliert. Auf Wunsch kann Ich Dir ein Bett und ggf. andere Möbel zur Verfügung stellen falls Bedarf steht. Es ist sehr hell, da eine Seite aus bodentiefen Fenstern inklusive Tür zum Balkon besteht. Die Wohnung selbst liegt beim Hauptfriedhof und ist angenehm ruhig.
Zu mir: Mein Name ist Manuel, ich bin 32 Jahre alt und lebe hier mit meinem Kater Gizmo, 1,5 Jahre alt. Ich arbeite hauptberuflich als Grafiker und Künstler, bin daher die meiste Zeit von zuhause aus tätig. (Mein Kater hat derzeit keinen Job). Ich bin ruhig und relativ unkompliziert. Was mir wichtig wäre ist, dass mein ein Grundverständnis für Ordnung und Sauberkeit mitbringt und sich auch seine Ruhe lässt wenn man es möchte. Abseits von meiner Kunst treibe ich gerne Sport und bin fleißiger Hobbykoch und Bäcker.

Your room is about 15m² big and not furnished apart from a wallcloset. Should you need it i can offer you a bed and maybe other furniture. The room is very bright, since one wall consists floor to ceiling windows and the door to the balcony. The appartment itself is located next to the Hauptfriedhof and is pleasantly quiet.
About me: My name is Manuel, i am 32 years old and live together with my cat, Gizmo, 1.5 years old. I'm mainly self employed as an graphic designer and artist and work most of the time from home (My cat is not employed at the time). I'm a calm and straightforward person. It would be important for me that you have a general sense for cleanliness and tidiness and that we give each other space if need to. Wenn i am not working on my art, i enjoy fitness training and love to cook and to bake.
