Hello ! Bonjour et hallo :)
My name is Marjolaine, I'm French, and I have been living in Freiburg for 5 years.
My flatmate Amelie is leaving for a year and a half and she's subletting her furnished room.
Now I'm looking for someone new to share with for September flexibel, there are two of us and there are 4 rooms :)
- A furnished room for you (12m square)
- My bedroom
- A common room with a living and dining area

- There is balcony but a really nice courtyard which is quite cosy to eat outside or do outdoor activities, there we have our bicycles as well
- A cellar
- A storeroom for the washingmachine and other stuff
The building is an old building (altbau) and is located in the heart of the Stühlinger district, it's behind the train station in the Egonstrasse. I like this area very much and it is really well located: 2 min for the train station / 3 for the Tram, and with a bike near from everything in Freiburg. There are no less than 4 Supermarket to do groceries (Edeka, Aldi, Netto, Ariana) and a lot of little local shops. The nicest of course is the market at the Stühlinger platz every Wednesday and Saturday :)
The appartement is ground floor. The rent is 662€ with all charges (water, electricity, gas, Gsz, garbage, and internet).
The contract is limited to one and a half years, it's a sublease and the room is already furnished with : a Bed, a Desk, a Commode, a Clothes rail, a Chair and a sofa chair. The window is new and really good isolated so it's not noisy from the street.
A little about me: I'm French and I speak German well, but I also speak English and Italian. Let's say I'm very international, very French, and I got to know Germany over 5 years leaving here :) I studied history and political science. My hobbies are music (clarinet, listening and singing out loud from time to time of course), drawing and painting, reading, cooking, going on little and big vacations, hiking and moutains, meet with people, and sure many others which we maybe share !
I work in communications for a theatre in Lörrach (near the Swiss border). I go to work by train thrice a week and otherwise I work from home.
WG Life: I love to cook and to gather people around a good meal, but I respect a lot the quietness of the flat so that everyone feels comfortable. I play the clarinet, but don’t worry I don’t train so much at home. I love the Alps and hiking, travel so I'm sometime out for a week or more, and also like to read, draw, chill out and the house is a little cocoon for me when i'm here : gemütlich !
