Hi !
I'm subletting my spacious, well-appointed room while I'm away in the UK for 1 month in September. Move-in is possible from the 2nd September 2024. The dates are flexible too.
It is equipped with everything you can imagine, as I want to leave as much as possible in it. This means there is a super comfortable, huge bed (160 x 200), desk and some practical racks around. Super perfect for a temporary rental to get settled in Freiburg or elsewise. What's more you get to use your own private bathroom which is recently renovated.
The window faces east, offering delightful morning sunshine and a picturesque view of the mountains. It is quite chilling in the summer. Nearby, the Dreisam River and the Schönberg area beckon, perfect for enjoying scenic hikes.
There are only a few but important rules for all this:
1. smoking is only allowed inside and outside the room.
2. do not put stickers on the furniture or things on the walls.
3. be clean and respectful! :)
The shared flat is in a prime location. There is a beautiful mountain right behind the house, ideal for walks or jogs. The Dreisam River is within easy reach for refreshing summer dips.
The Alter Messplatz is nearby, providing convenient access to shopping necessities with stores like Rewe, Aldi, and DM.
The nearest streetcar stop is just a 7-minute walk away.
Reach the charming old town within 5 minutes by streetcar or 7 minutes by bicycle.
Covered bicycle parking right in front of the building.
A beautiful garden where you can relax and unwind when the weather is nice.
Sie werden bei einem Professor wohnen, der sich mit Kunstgeschichte beschäftigt. Er ist im Ruhestand und hat die meiste Zeit im Haus gewohnt. Er ist super freundlich und nett.

You will be staying with a Professor who is into Art History. He is retired and most of the times stayed in the house. He is super friendly and nice.
