Hello! My name is Verónica and I am looking a nice flatmate to live together in a beautiful flat on Merzhauser Straße. The apartment is a 3 room flat, and two are for rent right now, my two roomates went back to their homelands because of the pandemy.
The apartment is located in the top of the building, there is an elevator and its quite well equipped. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, and two large accessible balconies facing east and west. In the living room there is place for books and some furniture if you have and there place for eating and settling down (there is a super nice sofa bed).
This room faces the Vosges and it’s has its own balcony and own bathroom, which is something very comfortable to have ;) Has a lot of light and its very quiet. It has a sofa bed. As you can see the window is broke but this will be fix this week.
Something about me, I am an economist, I work full time and I like to read and watch movies and of course to drink a small glass of wine at night, as good Argentinian. I really like to play board games, so maybe we can have some fun together!
The apartment is very good located: the city center is about 15/20 minutes' walk away, the main train station about 20 minutes. And there is a tram stop 2 minutes away and another one at ‘5.
Otherwise there are various supermarkets, cafés & restaurants, a pharmacy and other stores in the near vicinity (on foot or by bike). The Lorettoberg for walking is also very close.
I am looking to share the flat with nice, chill, responsible and clean people. So if you like the room and you are interested to share it with me, write me! tell me something about you. it can be in german too, no problem ;)
