Hello everyone!
I am looking for the next tenant from May 3rd for my beautiful room in the Wiehre. The flat is located very close to the city center; it only takes a 3-minute bike ride or an 8-minute walk to get to the UB. The tram stop for line 5 is right in front of the building, and Picasso Pizzeria is next door :) The flat has a bathroom with a tub, and a separate toilet room making it very convenient, a dishwasher and a newly bought washing machine for which you'll have to pay €70 to cover the cost. There's also covered bike parking in the courtyard.
The room
The room is 16 sq m with large windows and a big balcony facing the back of the building; therefore, it is the brightest and quietest out of all the rooms in the flat. The balcony adds five extra sq m for you to enjoy! The room is rented unfurnished, but there is a large bed (140x200), a barely used mattress, a nightstand, a desk, a clothes rail, and a chest of drawers you can take for €100. The warm rent includes:

WG life
As of now, there are three people in the flat: Carlotta, Fatlum, and Georg. Carlotta studies German literature and works as a language teacher, and she is originally from Italy. She loves watching films, drinking good wine, and playing board games :) Fatlum studies computer science, works as a software developer, and you can discuss any topic with him; he's the smartest guy in the room! Lastly, Georg also works as a programmer, but you can find him producing music in his spare time. He's your go-to guy for recommendations in the city! He knows all the cool spots, so if you're new here, definitely ask him where to go and what to do.
The flat is pretty quiet during the week cause everyone is busy with their studies/work, but we would spend time together on the weekends, either cooking or having a drink at home, or simply grabbing a beer at a bar. You are also welcome to bring your friends, so feel free! If this sounds like a good fit for you, message me, and I'll contact you!
