Hello, my room is available for the month of September as I'm leaving for my erasmus and I'm not gonna be staying anymore as my contract ends on 30th of September. The room is in a sharing of 7 people. It is furnished with a bed, mattress, cupboard, shelf, table, chair. It also has a bucket you can use and has a washbasin with a mirror! The room has a great view of the garden of the Händelwohnheim and recieves a lot of sunshine. It also has curtains for the window and plenty of Hangers for your clothes(both in the cupboard). The wg has a living room with two sofas and a TV, a kitchen with everything you might need, a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, plenty of baking stuff, basically a full kitchen. It's an old wg so we have a lot of utilities left behind by old flatmates that you can use. The wg has 4 males and 2 females currently. Most of them are not going to be home for the month of September so you will probably live with 2 people. The tram stop okenstraße is 3 mins by foot and you have Lidl and aldi just beside it. The neighbourhood is beautiful and you can hike up within minutes. The herdabau is two stops away.
Since this room is available for Sept only, you can use this month to look for other places to stay while being in this student friendly rent.
