Hi, I'm Vicky and I'm currently studying at Hochschule Fulda.
Since I plan to move to a new apartment early, I want to rent out my room for two months to cover my rent.
My room is about 15m² with basic furniture: a 140x200cm bed, a large wardrobe, a big sofa bed and a desk. It has 2 windows so it's bright but not so hot in the summer time.
The total size of our apartment is about 80m² and we share a bathroom and a big kitchen with living area.
My room is rent for 350€ warm monthly including Internet & radio tax, and the furnitures in my room will rent for 20€ for 2 months. Kaution is 150€ and is to be returned to you if no damages occur.
Since I will move out on 31st July, it's also possible for you to start a new contract and stay here, but I can't guarantee for that.

Our WG just take 2 mins walk to Hochschule Fulda, also nearby Aldi and bus stop.
You will have two roommates, Omaima and Melissa. They are also Hochschule Fulda students and they are nice people. We share the houseworks of shared area. But due to our busy daily life, we live independently and do not have WG-activity.
Since this room just for temporary accommodation of 2 months, I can not provide you document for city registration.
