TUM STUDENT seeking for a flatshare not away from Garching

I am a Chinese postdoc in TUM Garching. I have arrived in Munich Aug. 2018. Now I am living in Neufahrn. I plan to move to a new flat, which is not far away from Garching. I hope it is a 1 zimmer apartment. It is less than 40 min away from Garching by subway. It should have convenient transportation in the evening and at weekends. The smallest area is 15 m2. It should has own kitchen and bathroom. The highest price I can accept per month is 800 Euro. It had better be furnished. The date I want to move in is April 2019. It will better that I can live there for about 1 year.
