TUM Master's student looking for WG in Garching bei München

Hi, I’m Stéphane, 21, and I’ll be studying at TU Munich October this year, and staying in Munich for at least 2 years. I am looking for WG from which I can rapidly access the Garching Forschungszentrum. I’m currently living in France but speak English, French and Spanish fluently. Given the demanding nature of these studies, I would like a WG where it is possible to work.
I’m a simple person, accommodating and tidy, as well as very much open to socializing with my roommates!
I won’t be able to head to Munich to check out flats because I am still studying here in France until early summer. I would, however, be more than glad to conduct virtual tours.
PS: please note that though I need the room by the 8th of October, I am willing to pay rent as early as August.
