Looking for long term Accommodation in Garching from 1st October 2022

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am an international student coming from India, recently got admit into TU Munich for masters Program (dept of informatics),with session begins from 1st October 2022
I like and appreciate your initiative and i will be looking for accommodation near the TUM campus.
my arrival date at the Munich city is 30th sept 2022.
Please guide me if you have any accommodation for me, and i also loved to join your community and the group.

I am looking for long term accommodation.
Apart from excellent in studies, I am good at most of the house hold activities, I like to keep my house clean and neat,I love cooking, watching football,going out and exploring historical places.
I am also have a calm composed personality, always tend to help others.

I am looking for a single room/appartment/flat share studio below €550 warm rent...(if offer is good,+- £€50).
