PhD student from TUM searching for accommodation

I am a responsible and focused individual, currently pursuing my PhD at Technical University of Munich (TUM) in Computer Science. I’m planning moved to Munich recently to complete my research and am looking for a comfortable and quiet place to call home for the duration of my studies. I expect to be living in this city for the next four years while I complete my degree.

As a tenant, I can assure you that I am responsible, respectful, and prompt to my payments with sufficient funding. I understand the importance of maintaining a clean and orderly living space, and I am committed to treating your property with the utmost care. I’m personally a very clean and organizing person myself, so you can rest assured. Additionally, I do not smoke, and I have no pets. I like reading and biking and am quiet most of the day. I’m also a very friendly person, very good at communication and open to any type of person, hope to maintain a peaceful relationship with my future roommates.

I’m looking for a quiet flatshare which is near by the TUM Garching. I hope it is convenient enough on traffic, furnished, with a bathroom and kitchen, with a fair rental cost. A garden or balcony would be better. I also need a formal tenancy agreement from landlord, so I can register my residency at local office.
