[Student at TUM] Looking for shared flat

I am looking for a shared flat with kitchen in Garching or Munich area from October 2013. I will be joining TUM Informatics in winter semester 2013. I am looking for dates between 20 september and 10th october to join a room.

Max Rent I can pay is 150-250 euro. For 3 people this can be upto 450-600 euros.

Here are my needs:

No. of tenants: max 3 including me, Nationality ain't a concern

Shared internet: Yes

Smoking: I don't smoke and will prefer to be with people who don't smoke inside room.

Cooking: I can cook a few dishes and might cook for myself. I am thus looking for a flat with kitchen.

Furniture: Would be great if the flat has a wardrobe for each person and I need a computer table for personal use as well.

Balcony: preferred.

Parking: Not needed and I would not like to pay extra for it unless I want to have a bicycle.

Languages I speak: English and Hindi(mother tongue) equally fluently. Interested to learn German and Spanish.

Would be great if the owner allows me to hang my whiteboard on the wall.

Here are the details related what kind of person I am:

Partying: I don't party much and usually like to refrain from regular partying and so I am looking for similar room mates. I drink occasionally.

Travel: I like that and I also love Photography.
Music: I pay for listening to Trance and Metal however I stay in the limits of my headphone so that others don't get disturbed.
Cleanliness: Quite strict on that

Sports: I play badminton and do swimming.

Weekends: Back here I spend them on personal projects, sometimes going out, sometimes playing video games.
