Hope to rent a room which is close to TUM

My name is Nian Yang. I am a Ph.D Student from China. I am 27 years old. My major is mechanical engineering. I will come to TUM to study for a year (from 10/2016). I hope to rent a room which is close to TUM, and the distance had better not exceed 30 min by bike or Subway. The rent price I can accept is not exceed 550 Euro per month.

I am not a smoking guy, and I always keep my room clean and tidy. At the same time, I like football, basketball and movie. I also would like to have some common activities with other guys in this apartment.
