Friendly Canadian! Informatics student looking for room

Hi! I'm here on a semester exhange at TU Garching. I'm looking to rent a room and am very flexible to the layout. I prefer it to be clean and peaceful. However, I don't mind if others make occasional noise or parties, I am quite easy going. I'm 36 years old but look quite a bit younger and am a very playful and upbeat individual. My hobbies are running, writing, hiking, and computers.

My only requirement is that it be no more than 50 min commute from TU Garching Campus in a safe neighborhood.
