Lookout for Long-term Flat for my doctoral term stay

Hello!
I’m going to start my doctoral work at MPQ from mid-September and I’m looking for a flat preferably for long term, but a short term offer would also fit for my initial months of stay. I’m a physics researcher, and I love travelling, writing, photography, design, and running. I’ve lived in India for most of my life, but also have lived in Australia and Germany previously for long-terms, and I’m again moving to Germany for another long-ish stint.
I like having genuine conversations and I’m respectful of personal space as well. I’m an ideal housemate if you also like your surroundings organised and clean as far as possible (without going to obsessive behaviour). It’s all good mostly!
