Looking for a room to rent for the winter

Hello!
My name is Kaegan and I just moved to Germany from California. I’m currently staying with some friends in Magdeburg, but I’m hoping to find a place to rent in Garmisch for the winter so I can spend as much time on the ski slopes as possible.
A little bit about me. I’m 35 years young 🤪 and I grew up in Norther California at the base of Mount Shasta. I have been here in Germany for 5 months now and have been loving every moment. I can only speak a little bit of German so far, but it’s improving daily. I’m really good with home improvements and house construction, and I’m willing to help with any type of construction at the place that I stay (hoping that I do find a place) 😁
I am very flexible with living situations. As long as I have a place to close my eyes, that works for me!
I’m hoping to find a place by January, so if you have a room that you want to rent out for 3-4 months durning the ski season, please let me know!
