HELLES ZIMMER IN FLINTA* WG SUPER LAGE

Lage

Du würdest sehr zentral in Gießen wohnen. Zum UHG und der AUB läuft mensch ca. 5 Minuten, zum Bahnhof ca. 15 Min. Wir wohnen direkt über einer Kneipe (Klimbim), weswegen es abends schon mal etwas laut werden kann. Wenn du also ein*e sensible*r Schläfer*in bist, wäre die Wohnung vielleicht nichts für dich. Aber es hat ja auch seine Vorteile, die Stammkneipe direkt im Haus zu haben, wir werden sogar schon im Hof bedient.

You would live very centrally in Gießen. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the UHG and the AUB, and about 15 minutes to the train station. We live directly above a pub (Klimbim), so it can get a bit noisy in the evenings. So if you are a sensitive sleeper, the flat might not be for you. But having your favourite pub right in the house has its advantages, we even get served in the courtyard.

WG-Leben

In der WG wohnen gerade Jana (keine Pronomen), Judith (sie/ihr), Marie (keine Pronomen) und Hannah (sie/ihr).
Wir treffen uns spontan im Wohnzimmer zum Filme schauen oder Mario Kart spielen und Sekt/Bier/Cocktail trinken oder um sich upzudaten, was die Woche so ging. Mittlerweile steht da auch ein Klavier. Uns ist ein freundschaftliches Zusammenleben wichtg, wir machen aber auch alle immer wieder unseren Kram.

Jana (no pronouns), Judth (she/her), Marie (no pronouns) and Hannah (she/her) are currently living in the shared flat.
We like to meet spontaneously in the living room to watch films or play Mario Kart on the beamer, drink a glass of champagne/beer/cocktail or catch up on what's been going on all week. In the meantime, there is even a piano that is used regularly. We are very keen on living together in a friendly atmosphere, but we also all do our own thing every now and then.

Sonstiges
Wir haben einen Putzplan und versuchen uns daran zu halten. Die Wohnung verfügt neben den einzelnen WG-Zimmern zusätzlich über ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, einen sehr geräumigen Flur, Küche und Bad. Im Hof gibt es Fahrradständer.

Besichtigungen sind sowohl online als auch live möglich. Wir legen großen Wert auf ein respektvolles Miteinander. Jegliche Art von Diskriminierung ist bei uns fehl am Platz!

Was noch wichtig wäre zu wissen, ist, dass Hannahs Freundin oft mit Hund zu Besuch oder Hund alleine zu Besuch ist. Bei dem Hund handelt es sich um einen kleinen Mischlingsrüden Namens Filippo. Hast du also entweder eine Hundehaarallergie oder Angst vor Hunden, wäre die Wohnung nichts für dich.

We have a cleaning schedule and try to stick to it. In addition to the individual shared rooms, the flat has a cosy living room, a very spacious hallway, kitchen and bathroom. We also have a front yard with bicycle storage.
Viewings are possible both online or live. We attach great importance to respectful cooperation. Any kind of discrimination is out of place here!
Another important thing to know is that Hannah's girlfriend often comes to visit with her dog. The dog is a small mixed-breed named Filippo. So if you are either allergic to dog hair or afraid of dogs, the flat would not be for you.
