Unsere Bewohnerin zieht leider aus unserer WG aus und deshalb wird ein Zimmer bei uns frei. Wir sind eine WG aus gesamt 4 personen:2 Jungs und 2 Mädels. Weshalb ein Mädchen wünschenswert wäre. Die Gesamtkosten betragen 285€ mit Internet, Warmmiete, Wasser, etc.
Wir sind recht zentral, 2 min ist die Bushaltestelle und von dort aus ist der berliner platz 10minuten entfernt. Mit Fahrrad ist es auch gut möglich in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Ansonsten sind Einkaufmöglichkeiten wie zB. Lidl, Dm, BurgerKing, Bäcker etc. Alles direkt zu fuß zu erreichen.
Wir sind eine internationale WG gesprochen wird deutsch/ englisch.

The room
Due to my part time job, it's with a heavy heart that I have to move out of my beautiful room. The WG is located in the Marshallsiedlung, which is managed by WBG-Gießen. Your new room is on the ground floor on the left, is 13m² in size, very bright thanks to the large window and has a very nice view of the outside of your window. In the apartment, there is a big bright living room with a large balcony, a large kitchen with a dishwasher and a bright bathroom with a bathtub. In the basement there is a storage room, a bicycle space, a large launderette with the in-house washing machine and a large room where you can hang up your laundry.
Location
The WG has a very good location and has parking for the residents. The bus stop is only 5 minutes away on foot. The bus takes you to Berliner Platz, i.e. the city center, in 8 minutes. Aldi, Lidl, dm and Burger King are only 7- 10 minutes walk away and with only 3 bus stops in the way you can get to REWE. If you feel like coffee and cake, Moos and Künkel are only a 5-minute walk away. The entire residential complex also has some opportunities for athletes. There is playground with table tennis, basketball and volleyball court. In the summer time, it’s very ideal to have a picnic or barbeque together in the outside areaof the house.
WG-life
Your new roommates are Mehdi, Onur and Aleyna. Mehdi is studying Anglophone Literary, Cultural and Media Studies at JLU and Onur is studying Business, and Aleyna is studying Education for teenagers. Mehdi loves doing sports, playing game, watching films and hang out with friends. Onur is also sporty, he often goes to the gyms for his traning. Aleyna has a good singing voice and is such a lovely flatmate. Joint activities such as watching films, cooking and eating together, doing sports, playing group games, etc. are welcome in the flat share. Of course you can also withdraw and close the room door if you need peace and quiet. Cleanliness and orderliness are also valued.
Sonstiges
1. The total rent including everything: the room, the internet, electricity, water, heating, etc. is €285 per month.
2. There is a cooperative share of the WBG-Gießen for 900€ and 60€ processing fee.
3. A guarantee OR proof of income must be submitted to WBG to conclude the contract.
4. All of the furniture in the room and other items in my apartment that you may be interested in can be taken over for a negotiable discount.
I would like to leave the bed, matress, table, wardrobe, bookshelve for you with a discount.
