As I am moving out from our lovely apartment, my room will be available for long term rental on 1st September 2019.
Apartment: The apartment is ~100 qm and is located in a really quite, beautiful neighborhood. There is a kitchen, a common room with balcony, a bathroom and 3 big bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine) including a sofa and a dining table. The second common room with a balcony can be used as living room/storage room. There is a basement with private storage place, and bicycle parking space.
Location: The apartment is located 2min away from two different bus stops to city center and Central Campus, and 8-10 min away to bus stops to North Campus and MPI-bpc. You can reach city center within 10 min walking. Nearby there is a bakery, kiosks as well as restaurants. Kiesse lake is within 15 min walking distance.
Room: The room is about 15 qm. Rent is 330e per month (electricity, water, heating, internet included). Some of the furniture (bed, wardrobe, desk and maybe regal) can be handed over for a small fee.
Your flatmates will be two English-speaking men, both working on their PhD. The atmosphere is really friendly and privacy is well-respected.
