Hallo,
Ugo
Hello,
A room in this 3-bed WG becomes free.
The room is 15 m² and very bright as it faces south. It also has wooden floorboards. The room is furnished, my flatmate will leave her things: there is a bed with mattress, a table with office chair (not the one in the photo), a sofa and a small wardrobe. Of course, you can also bring your own furniture and clean up/return everything on your own opinion. The price for these rooms is 205 euros warm rent, all inclusive, internet too.
The flat has a relatively large kitchen in which one have enough space to eat and cook. In addition, the apartment has a really big attic where one can hang laundry and also store things. There is also a cellar. So there is more than enough storage space.
From here it takes about 10 minutes by bike to the Z-Campus, the city centre or the train station. It is also less than 15 minutes to the North University.
It takes 2 minutes to get to the bus stop and you can take either line 73 or 71 to get to the city centre (in 7 minutes). 200m away is a penny, so shopping is no problem at all.
The Leine with a park is also only 500m away, ideal for jogging or walking. The direct surroundings have a light industrial area flair. You can have a look at it at Google Maps.
Setareh, our flatmate, will unfortunately move to live with her sister. So me and Taufik will stay in the flat. I come from Italy and have been living in Germany for almost 2 years, working. I studied literature and my hobbies are photography and playing the guitar. Taufik moved into our flat at the beginning of last October. He is from Malaysia and is doing his Phd in Mathematics. We are not looking for a pure purpose flat share, according to the motto: Everything can, nothing must. So far, I've often met my old flatmates in the kitchen in the evenings, cooked together from time to time or had a movie night. Going out to celebrate is always possible, too! But if you want to be left alone, you will of course always be respected. Respect for the night's rest is very important. Classic flat-sharing life.
Since I am not German myself, international students/people are welcome to contact me.
If you are interested, just write a few lines about yourself and what you do.
I am looking forward to you,
Ugo
