Renting out a cozy single room in a 3er WG from the end of July onwards.
The room is provided with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, drawers, a writing desk, hangers, and multiple plugs and has a good wi-fi connection. It is located next to the common living room which offers a nice couch, a table, a big television with HDMI cable, and last but not least two big windows which make the environment really bright and enjoyable.
The house is also provided with a common entry aisle, one bathroom, and a shared kitchen.
The washing machine is placed in the basement of the building and is free to use.
Outside of the building, there is a lot of space where to park your bicycle and also a backyard shared with the other tenants of the building.
The house is located on Weender Landstrasse.
The Central Campus and the Medical University are easily reachable even by foot in 5-10 mins, whereas it is more convenient to get a bike or use public transport to reach the North Campus. The Innenstadt is also really close, 5-10 mins by bike depending on where you want to go. The university sports facilities are also pretty close (10 mins by bike )
The house is in good condition and the noise of the traffic is not a problem, as the windows are new and well isolated. Next to the house, there is also the bus stop which connects you directly to the train station.
Finally, there are plenty of supermarkets around the area: Rewe, Aldi, Edeka, and Lidl are all just around the corner and make your grocery shopping not stressful at all.
You will be sharing the flat with Julius and Emma. Both of them are Ph.D. students and they bring really good vibes into the house. They are always really kind and cheerful, even after stressful workdays :)
The Kaltmiete is set at €270. Normally, the rent rises to €320/350 with the Nebenkosten which varies from month to month.
The caution is set at €700 and must be paid to the exiting tenant, not the landlord.
An extra cost is also the take-over of the room's furniture, which is set at €300. This is because the furniture is not the property of the landlord but gets taken over by the tenants.
We are looking forward to reading something about you, and we stay available for both in-person and online visits to the flat.
Cheers :)
