Geräumiges Zimmer in 3er WG - Spacious room in shared flat of 3

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in der Göttinger Südstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad benötigt
man 10-15 min zur Uni und 5-10 min in die Innenstadt. Man kann kostenlos parken und findet auch
immer einen Platz. Mehrere Busstationen sind in direkter Umgebung, genauso wie ein Supermarkt
(Wüstefeld), eine Bäckerei und die Südapotheke. Man kann allerdings auch sehr gut auf dem
Rückweg von der Arbeit/Uni bei Kaufland in der Innenstadt einkaufen, das liegt auf dem Weg.
Stadtauswärts sind auch andere größere Supermärkte in ungefähr gleicher Entfernung, man hat also
die Auswahl wenn man es will. Der Kiessee und das Schwimmbad Eiswiese sind auch nicht weit
entfernt.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area in the southern part of Göttingen. The university is
10-15 minutes, and the city centre 5-10 minutes away by bike.

You can park your car for free on the street with ample parking spots available usually. Several bus
stations are in the immediate vicinity, as well as a supermarket (Wüstefeld), a bakery and a
pharmacy. On the way back from work/university you can also do some shopping at Kaufland in the
city centre. At equal distance, but towards the edge of the town you can find more larger
supermarkets to choose from. The Kiessee and the swimming pool Eiswiese are walking distance
away.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Dragana (28) und Emese (25). Dragana macht gerade ihren Doktor
für Molekularbiologie und Emese ihren Masterabschluss in derselben Richtung. Wir legen viel Wert
auf eine ruhige und angenehmen Atmosphäre, sitzen aber auch häufiger zusammen. Meistens
kochen wir dann gemeinsam, spielen Gesellschaftsspiele oder trinken einfach ein paar Biere und
quatschen. Wenn man will, kann man jeder Zeit seine Ruhe haben, was auch schön ist. Insgesamt
sind wir sehr offen und ehrlich miteinander. Ein aufgeräumtes und sauberes Zuhause ist uns wichtig.
Bei Besuch kann jeder natürlich das Wohnzimmer/Küche benutzen. In der WG sprechen wir meistens
Englisch.

Your new roommates would be Dragana (28) and Emese (25). Dragana is currently doing her PhD in
molecular biology and Emese her masters in the same field. We like a quiet and friendly atmosphere,
but like to hang out together quite frequently. We cook together once or twice per week, play board
games or just drink a few beers and chat. If you want, you can have your peace and quiet at any
time, which is also nice. Overall we are very open and honest with each other. A tidy and clean home
is important to us. The kitchen and living room are communal spaces where anyone’s guests are of
course welcome. In the flat, we mostly speak English.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock und besteht aus einem unteren Teil mit voller
Wandhöhe und einem Dachbodenzimmer. Das von dir bewohnte Zimmer befindet sich mit dem Rest
der Wohnung auf einer Ebene. Du schaust aber am besten einfach vorbei um dir alles anzugucken
und uns kennenzulernen. Bei Interesse kannst du auch gerne schon ein paar Zeilen über dich
schreiben :)

The apartment is on the second floor and made up of two levels, one with full wall height and an
attic room. The room you would take is on the same level as the rest of the flat. You are welcome to
drop by to take a look at the apartment in person and get to know us. If you are interested send us a message with
