Helles 20qm Zimmer in Weende, ruhig gelegen, campusnah, 3er WG

da unser lieber Mitbewohner auszieht suche wir (m, 27 & w, 28) einen Nachmieter vom 1.August an.
Zur Erdgeschosswohnung gehören drei Zimmer, eine große Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche und ein Klo die über einen großen Flur verbunden sind.
Dein Zimmer ist 20qm groß und hat eine Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind alle ruhig gelegen da das Haus in der zweiten Häuserzeile steht.
Der große Flur bietet reichlich Platz für eine Garderobe und Kommode. In der Küche findet ein Esstisch für mindestens vier Personen locker platz.

Die Küche ist bereits voll ausgestattet mit Herd(Ceranfeld), Ofen und Spülmaschine. Das heiße Wasser für die Dusche kommt aus der Zentralheizung und ist zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit beliebig lange heiss.

Die Terrassen laden zum Sonnen und Entspannen oder auch sommerlichem Grillen ein. Alternativ kann man auch den kleinen Garten dazu nutzen. Als Abstellraum ist ein abschließbarer Keller vorhanden.
Wer viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs ist wird sich auch über den geräumigen Fahrradkeller freuen.
An Annehmlichkeiten sind ein Fernsehanschluss sowie ein Treppenhaus-Putzdienst in der Miete bereits enthalten. Für kleinere und größere Reparaturen steht ein sehr fähiger und zuverlässiger Hausmeister zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung liegt angenehm nah an der Norduni und dem Fassberg (MPI BPC & DS (3km)) und durch die neue Fahrradstrasse kann man zur Innenstadt (fast) ampelfrei durchfahren (etwa 10min). Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet ein REAL der zu Fuß erreichbar ist oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad ein Aldi und ein Tegut.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle (Klosterweg) ist direkt um die Ecke.

Wir sind Masterstudenten im Master Biology, Ecology and Evolution, sowie im Master Microbiology and Biochemistry. Für das WG-Leben wünschen wir uns ein entspanntes Miteinander mit gelegentlichem gemeinsamen Kochen oder Fahrradtouren durch Feld Wald und Wiesen, die Birk gerne macht. Theresa nimmt Dich gern auch mal zu Akrobatik, bouldern oder klettern mit. Ab und zu machen wir gemeinsame Filmabende. Für die Sauberkeit gibt es einen Putzplan und für alle weiteren Details kommst du am besten einfach mal vorbei

Hi,

since our dear flatmate is moving out we (m, 27 & f, 28) are looking for a new flatmate to move in on 1st of August.

The ground-floor apartment has three rooms, a large kitchen, a bath with a shower and a seperate toilet which are connected by a large hallway.
The room You will live in is 20sqm in area and has a terrace. The rooms are all quiet since the house is located in the second row from the street.
The big hallway has lots of room for a commode and wardrobe. The kitchen has room for a dinner table suitable for at least four people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven and dishwasher. The hot water in the shower comes from the central heating and stays hot day and night and as long as you like

The terraces are great for sunbathing, relaxing and barbecueing. Alternatively there is also a small garden which can be used. For storage there is a lockabel storage room and also a common room for storage of bikes in the basement. Conviniently the rent also includes cable TV and cleaning of the staircase. For small and big repairs a very skilled and reliable maintenance man is at our service.

The flat is located conveniently close to the north campus and fassberg(MPI BPC & DS (3km)). You need about 10min. to the city centre by bike. The closest supermarket is REAL which can be reached by foot but aldi and tegut are also within a few minutes by bike.
The next bus stop (Klosterweg) is just around the corner.

we are master students in the masters program Biology Ecology&Evolution and Microbiology&Biochemistry. For a harmonic atmosphere in our flat we like to cook together occasionally and you can join Birk on his bike rides through forest and fields or Theresa doing acrobatics, bouldering or climbing. From time to time, we also watch movies together. For cleanliness there is a cleaning rota. Please drop by for more details I'd be happy to get to know you!
