I'm Liu, as my contract with roko will expire at the end of September, for the next few months I will not be in Germany, the room will be available for short term(7.20-9.30)!rent which is especially suitable for newcomers who seek temporary residence.
The room is not big but well furnished. The rent is 164 including expense of free wifi, electricity and water. It's one of a four-room flatshare, located in Robert-Koch Strasse38. The other three tenants are all ladies from different departments of university of Goettingen. they are clean,friendly and easygoing . So a female tenant who would like to follow dormitory cleaning regulations is welcomed.
The building has good fascilities ,which is very nearby with Klinikum (about 100meters away) where you can find highly advanced medical department library and two Mensa in inside. University sport center is about one kilometers away. Supermarket (penny, rewe, lidl and Turkish supermarket) are in short reach( within five minutes walk) . Bus stop of line 21.22.23.41.42 is in front of the building, which can be reachable to north campus, central campus ,city center and train station in short time.
Pleasely kindly note that only female resident is permitted, you can possibly get a long term contract on condition that the other three roommates approved your longer stay.
