Affordable apartment near university

Hello, my boyfriend and I are looking for an apartment near the University. We are looking for:

-An apartment that is under 300 euros for October, November, December.
and/or
-An apartment under 600 euros for December - September. These dates are variable, we are open to moving at the end of the semester.

Requirements:
-A kitchen with both a stovetop and oven
-At least one room besides the bedroom (so we do not go crazy and hate each other)
-Near to the university
-Furnished apartment (but we could buy furniture if it is for a shared apartment that is affordable)

We are ok living with roommates.

I do not speak much German but my boyfriend speaks a ton.
