The flat is on the 5th floor of Lazarettgasse 4 and can be accessed via elevator or stairs. The landlord renovated the flat recently and it's fully furnished with beds, sofas, chairs and desks, kitchenware.
The flat has 1 shared bathroom, 1 shared toilet, 1 shared kitchen and dining area, 1 shared hall, and 3 bedrooms.
There is no washing machine and internet/wifi. We can discuss about wifi with the landlord if you want.
There is a washing machine room on the top floor which tenants can pay €1 to €2 for one wash.
The vacant bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 2 sofas, some chairs, a table, and a small balcony.

I'm Peter, a Southeast Asian student doing my master's programme in political philosophy at KFU. Open-minded, easy going, and enjoy talking to people about random topics so we can chat over tea or dinner and hang out.
