Gemütliches Zimmer (~12m²) in zentraler wohlfühl-WG :) [LGBTQ-friendly only <3]

Wir haben die BIM-Haltestelle Jakominigürtel direkt vor der Haustür (da halten Linien 4 und 5).
Was wir auch direkt vor der Haustür haben ist eine tolle Hot-Dog Bude (Würstelscheich), die auch leckere vegane/vegetarische Optionen bietet, sowie die Eisperle -> Im Sommer mal ein Eis gönnen und direkt zuhause am Balkon essen = Beschte <3
Das wunderbare Kunst-Kino KiZ-Royal befindet sich 5 Gehminuten entfernt, super nice zum spontan hingehn.
Es gibt auch ein tolles Fitness Studio, Merkur Gym, 4 Gehminuten entfernt :)
Spar ist in 3 Gehminuten entfernt, Billa 7min.

What we also have right on our doorstep is a great hot dog stand (Würstelscheich), which also offers delicious vegan/vegetarian options, as well as the Eisperle -> treat yourself to an ice cream in summer and eat it right at home on the balcony = Beschte <3
The wonderful art cinema KiZ-Royal is a 5-minute walk away, super nice to go there spontaneously.
There is also a great fitness studio, Merkur Gym, a 4-minute walk away :)

Hallo! Wir sind Ilja (he/him), Seasaidh [SCHÄ-ssie] (she/her), und Zibi [Siebi] (any pronoun) ^_^

Unsere WG zeichnet sich unter anderem dadurch aus, dass wir offen für verschiedene Lebensituationen und -realitäten sind. Es sei direkt vorab gesagt, dass wir nur Leute aufnehmen, die LGBTQ+ freundlich sind, und die andere Menschen so respektieren wie sie sind. Sollte ja eigentlich selbstverständlich sein :)

Direkt die nächste wichtige Info: Wir haben 2 Katzen in der Wohnzimmerhälfte unserer WG. Das heißt natürlich: YAY Flauschkugeln!, aber auch Verantwortung: Haustür auf der Wohnzimmerseite immer absperren. Um die Katzen kümmern (füttern, etc.) musst du dich nicht :)
Es wäre aber tatsächlich fein, wenn die Katzen zu dir ins Zimmer kommen dürften, dann hätten sie mehr Platz und wären glücklicher. Wenn dich das auch glücklicher macht, perfekt <3

Was für uns auch sehr wichtig ist, ist Sauberkeit. Vor allem in der Küche. Das bedeutet: Verlasse alle Gemeinschaftsräume sauberer als du sie betreten hast! Krümmel, Essensflecken vom Kochen, etc. bitte direkt säubern, gleiches mit Geschirr. Wir haben einen groben Putzplan für die Küche, aber das allein reicht nicht. Es ist uns wirklich wichtig, dass die Räume sauber gehalten werden, und sich jeder Mühe gibt. Wir sind selber auch nicht die penibelsten, aber es sollte halt nicht unangenehm sein. Wir erwarten uns da eine gewisse Eigenständigkeit, ohne, dass man dauern jemand nachlaufen muss.

Wir wollen keine Zweck-WG sein, also eine familiäre Atmosphäre in der Wohnung ist uns auf jeden Fall wichtig. Wir sind zwar alle recht eigenständig, aber alle paar Wochen geht sich mal ein Zamsitzen am Balklon aus :)
Wir sind auch sehr Brettspiel begeistert (auch wenn wir nicht so oft zum Spielen kommen), also wenn du dafür brennst, dann würd sich sicher öfter was ausgehn. Wir haben auch eine DnD Kampagne am Laufen... :)

Ab und zu feiern wir auch gerne Parties, die werden aber immer mit der ganzen WG abgesprochen. Meistens sitzen wir gemütlich am Balkon zamen.

Allgemein ist uns Kommunikation extrem wichtig. Also vor allem Probleme ansprechen, anstatt sie grimmig mit sich rumzuschleppen, ist für uns alle der Grundstein guten Zusammenlebens. Brauchst du grad Ruhe zum Lernen? Melde dich! Kommt dir vor du kümmerst dich mehr um die WG als alle anderen? Sprich es an! Kritik entgegenzunehmen ohne sich direkt persönlich angegriffen zu fühlen ist da ganz wichtig. Aber auch Dankbarkeit ist wichtig und sollte aktiv praktiziert werden <3

Wir sind 1 Vegetarier, 1 Veganer und 1 Omni. Wir würden jmd suchen, der auch vorzugsweise vegan oder vegetarisch lebt. Solltest du Fleisch essen, aber dennoch eine super coole Person sein (soll auch vorkommen hihi), dann schreib uns bitte trotzdem <3

One of the things that sets our shared flat apart is that we are open to different living situations and realities. It should be said straight away that we only accept people who are LGBTQ+ friendly and who respect other people for who they are. That should go without saying :)

The next important piece of information: We have 2 cats in the living room half of our shared flat. This of course means: YAY fur-balls!, but also responsibility: always lock the front door on the living room side. You don't have to look after the cats (feed them, etc.) :)
But it would be really nice if the cats could come into your room, then they would have more space and be happier. If that makes you happier too, perfect <3

Cleanliness is also very important to us. Especially in the kitchen. This means: leave all communal areas cleaner than when you entered them! Please clean up crumbs, food stains from cooking, etc. straight away and do the same with dishes. We have a rough cleaning plan for the kitchen, but that alone is not enough. It is really important to us that the rooms are kept clean and that everyone makes an effort. We're not the most meticulous ourselves, but it shouldn't be unpleasant. We expect a certain degree of independence without having to follow someone around all the time.

We don't want to be a functional flat share, so a family atmosphere in the apartment is definitely important to us. We are all quite independent, but every couple of weeks we can sit together at the balcony :)
We're also very keen on board games (even if we don't get to play that often), so if you're into them, then we'd probably get together more often. We also have a DnD campaign going... :)

We also like to have parties from time to time, but these are always arranged with the whole flat share. Most of the time we just sit together on the balcony.

In general, communication is extremely important to us. Talking about problems instead of grimly dragging them around is the cornerstone of good coexistence for all of us. Do you need some quiet time to study? Get in touch! Do you feel like you care more about the flat share than everyone else? Speak up! Accepting criticism without feeling personally attacked is very important. But gratitude is also important and should be actively practiced <3

We are 1 vegetarian, 1 vegan and 1 omni. We would be looking for someone who also prefers to be vegan or vegetarian. If you eat meat but are still a super cool person (it happens hihi), please write to us anyway <3

Wir suchen jemanden, der/die unkompliziert, sozial und eigenständig ist. Wir sind weder eine Zweck-WG noch ein Kult. Das heißt wir appreciaten Freundlichkeit, spontane Gespräche und gemeinsames Chillen, aber wollen auch nicht jede Sekunde unseres Daseins gemeinsam verbringen. Ungezwungen halt :)

Wir sind alle Nichtraucher, aber es wär für uns in Ordnung wenn du auf dem Balkon rauchst. Wär aber nice wenn das ned ständig der Fall ist.

Ganz wichtig: Du musst mit Katzen klarkommen können und im Bestfall Katzen lieben <3

We are looking for someone who is uncomplicated, social and independent. We are neither a functional flat share nor a cult. That means we appreciate friendliness, spontaneous conversations and chilling out together, but we don't want to spend every second of our lives together. Just informal :)

We are all non-smokers, but it would be okay for us if you smoke on the balcony. But it would be nice if that's not the case all the time.

Very important: You must be able to get along with cats and ideally love cats <3
