Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Elisabethstraße - zentraler gehts kaum. Keine Angst: dein Zimmer ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet und man hört auch mit geöffneter Balkontür weder den Straßenlärm noch das Partyvolk in der Elisabethstraße. Damit kannst du alle Vorteile der sehr zentralen Lage ohne die Lärmbelästigung genießen. Zum Unikreisverkehr (Sonnenfelsplatz) und damit zur wunderschönen Zinzendorfgasse sind es keine 2 Minuten zu Fuß, ebenso zur dortigen Busanbindung (63, 39, 41, 31). Etwa 3 Minuten brauchst du zur Bimhaltestelle Merangasse/Leonhardstraße (7er & 1er - z.B. direkt zum Hbf). Hauptuni 3 min, Stadtpark 5 min, alte Technik 10 min zu Fuß, neue Technik 8 min & Inffeldgasse 12 min mit dem Fahrrad.

The apartment is located in the middle of Elisabethstraße - it couldn't be more central. Don't worry: your room faces the inner courtyard and even with the balcony door open, you won't hear the street noise or the party people in Elisabethstraße. So you can enjoy all the advantages of the very central location without noise pollution. It takes less than 2 minutes to walk to the university traffic circle (Sonnenfelsplatz) and thus to the beautiful Zinzendorfgasse, as well as to the bus connection there (63, 39, 41, 31). It takes about 3 minutes to the bus stop Merangasse/Leonhardstraße (7 & 1 - e.g. directly to the main train station). Hauptuni 3 min, Stadtpark 5 min, alte Technik 10 min by foot, neue Technik 8 min & Inffeldgasse 12 min by bike.

Wir haben ein sehr harmonisches und gemeinschaftliches WG-Leben. Die 3 verbleibenden Bewohner sind sehr gut miteinander befreundet, sitzen abends gerne im Wohnzimmer zusammen, kochen gemeinsam, laden Freunde ein, schauen gute Filme oder Trash-TV am Beamer. Die Terrasse bietet zu jeder Jahreszeit zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen an und das wird auch viel genutzt. Es wird in der Wohnung gekocht, gelernt, gearbeitet, auf der Terrasse gegärtnert, Musik gehört, Fahrräder repariert. Wenn du allerdings mal deine Ruhe haben willst, ist das natürlich auch kein Problem! Wir feiern zwar alle gerne, Parties in der Wohnung gibts aber nur zu besonderen Anlässen. Was nicht heißt, dass kein Besuch erwünscht ist: jede:r Mitbewohner:in kann Leute mitbringen und mit denen auch mal länger im Wohnzimmer, auf der Terrasse oder in der Küche sitzen. Es muss allerdings immer Rücksicht auf die anderen genommen werden, was ohnehin selbstverständlich sein sollte :) Wir suchen Personen, die sich sich mit diesem WG-Leben anfreunden können und offen und sozial ist.

We have a very harmonious and communal WG life. The 4 remaining residents are very good friends with each other, they like to sit together in the living room in the evenings, cook together, invite friends, and watch good movies or trash TV on the beamer. The terrace offers at any time of the year to sit together comfortably and this is also used a lot. There is cooking in the apartment, learning, working, gardening on the terrace, listening to loud music, and repairing bicycles. However, if you want to have some peace and quiet, that is of course no problem either. We all like to party, but we only have parties in the apartment on special occasions. This does not mean that no visitors are welcome: each flatmate can bring people and sit with them in the living room, on the terrace, or in the kitchen for a longer time. However, there must always be a consideration for others, which should be self-evident anyway :) We are looking for someone who is open-minded and social.

Zum Preis inklusive Allem (Strom, Internet, Heizung, Haushaltsversicherung); hinzu kommt noch der ORF Beitrag (ca.4€/Monat):
