The next big WG!

Hi everyone,

I'm a 25 year old PhD Student (in Physics) looking for a WG where to spend the second half of my stay (1.5 to 2 years approximately). My name is Alessandro and I'm Italian, but I speak fluent English, French and a bit of German.

I'm a musician (guitar, ukulele and piano), home chef and I would define myself as a lively and sociable human being with a lot of interests and hobbies. I don't smoke, have no pet, and follow no dietary restriction (no allergies, food-related beliefs etc. etc.).

My ideal household is definitively not a purpose WG: I like to see my flatmates as friends, people you can trust and spend good time with. I'm available for preliminary meetings before moving in any apartment.

Regarding the house equipment, I consider the following things necessary:
- Ground floor or higher floor with elevator
- In-house washing machine
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Available car parking lots (indoor or outdoor)

There are also things that I consider preferable, but not strictly necessary:
- Dishwasher
- Furnished bedroom (even with extra charges)
- Balcony or garden
- Cleaning plan or organization
