The room measures ~21m^2 and has direct access to a long balcony. It is very bright as it faces south.
There's a bike parking facility in the basement, along with a small cellar compartment. You'll share with me the kitchen, hallway, bathroom, balcony, and cellar compartment.
The room will be available from February 1st, although flexibility can be considered after discussing it with my current flatmate. In principle, the room is unfurnished, but there's a possibility to discuss furniture options with him.
Rent is 650 euros (490 cold rent + 160 additional cost). The 160 euros include water, electricity, heating, internet, GEZ.
We can start with a 3-month contract, but can be shortened or extended if we both agree.
There is a bus stop for lines 2 and 3 right in front of the front door.
You can usually easily find parking spaces in the area.
Aldi and Rewe can be reached by bike in ~5 minutes, Lidl in ~7 minutes, Edeka in ~10 minutes.
