Suche Mitbewohner/in für 2er WG in super Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung könnte kaum besser sein. Ottensen, DESY oder den Elbstrand erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in max. 10 min und eine Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuss innerhalb von 2 min zu erreichen. Ansosten sind die S-Bahnhaltestellen Bahrenfeld oder Othmarschen mit dem Fahrrad auch in 5 min erreichbar.

Das Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Teil Bahrenfelds an der Grenze zu Hamburg Gross Flottbek. Es liegt in einer kleinen Einbahnstrasse mit ca. 20 Hausnummern. Die Straße und der Blick aus der Wohnung bzw. Deinem neuen Zimmer wirken aufgrund des sehr alten Baumbestandes und den in der Nachbarschaft teilweise unter Denkmalschutz stehenden Häuser sehr charmant. Ein kleiner Park mit See ist direkt am Ende der Straße, auch Hamburgs größter Park - der Volkspark - ist zu Fuß in 10 min erreichbar.

Zu mir, ich bin Anselm 31 und bin selbst noch nicht so lange in Hamburg. Ich bin Doktorand beim nahegelegenen DESY und würde mich auch freuen gelegentlich etwas zusammen mit Dir zu unternehmen. Natürlich auch nicht immer, da ich auch viel am Arbeiten bin oder auch einfach mal meinr Ruhe will. Ich koche ganz gerne und trinke auch gerne das ein oder andere Glas Wein oder Bier :P und bin ganz gerne draußen unterwegs. Grillen am Strand oder Volleyball spielen ist genau mein Ding. Außerdem bin hier in der örtlichen Feuerwehr, weshalb es durchaus sein kann, dass ich die Wohnung recht zügig verlasse :). Generell bin ich ein relaxter Typ, alles kann nichts muss.

Ich suche jemanden zwischen ca. 25-35 Jahren, nicht mehr im wildestens Partymodus mit einem längerfristigen Interesse an dem Zimmer. Du solltest mit der Wohnung pfleglich umgehen und ein Verständnis von Sauberkeit und Hygene mitbringen. Der Vermieter ist super nett, so wie alle Hausbewohner.

Da die meisten Möbel und Utensilien aus der Wohnung von meiner Mitbewohnerin sind, können wir die Bude reichlich umgestalten wie es uns gefällt, evtl. müssen wir auch das ein oder andere anschaffen, wie z.B. einen Staubsauger und evtl. eine Waschmaschine (gibt aber auch eine gemeinschaftliche im Keller). Gerne können wir vorab mal Skypen oder ähnliches. Ich freue mich auf alle Fälle auf deine Bewerbung.

Since my roommate is moving out at the end of July, I am looking for a nice new tenant for the largest room in the apartment.

I offer a room about 25 square meters with large panorama window and modern wooden floor.
Very bright and ideally cut apartment on the 2nd floor with spacious living hall. Bathroom with bathtub and window. The toilet is separate. A complete fitted kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and stove/oven is available.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2015.
There is also a communal laundry room in the basement including washing machine and dryer.

The location of the apartment could hardly be better. Ottensen, DESY or the Elbstrand can be reached by bike in max. 10 min and a bus stop can be reached on foot within 2 min.

The building is located in the beautiful part of Bahrenfeld. It is located in a small one-way street with about 20 houses. The view from the apartment or your room is very icharming due to the very old trees and the beautiful houses in the neighborhood. A small park is directly in the neighborhood in the Hamburg's largest park - the Volkspark - is also within 10 minutes walking distance.

About me, I am Anselm 31 and live in Hamburg for 7 months. I would be happy to do sometimes something together with you. Of course not always, because I also work a lot or just want to chill alone. I like to cook and also like to drink the one or other glass of wine or beer :P. Also, I'm in the local fire department, so it can be that I leave the apartment pretty quickly :). In general I am a relaxed guy, everything can, nothing must.

I'm looking for someone between about 25-35 years old, no longer in the wildest party mode with a longer term interest in the room. You should handle the apartment with care and bring an understanding of cleanliness and hygiene. The landlord is super nice, as are all the residents.

Since most of the furniture and stuff in the apartment belong to my roommate, we can redecorate the whole apartment as we want, we may also have to purchase one or the other thing, such as a vacuum cleaner and possibly a washing machine (but there is also a community washing machine in the basement).
