Stadtparknähe an der Grenze zu Winterhude! Beautiful Yard / Garden View!

Though you can be everywhere in a flash, the neighborhood itself is quiet and pretty green. You can hear the birds chirping at all hours of the day and the closeness to Stadtpark is great for runners and a godsent when you want to cool off in the lake in the summers.
On the other side, walking towards Fuhlsbüttler Straße you have the buzzing Barmbek Nord right around the corner - with lots of grocery stores, gyms (Basic-Fit and TRU Fitness are the closest) and cafés like Malina Stories (my favorite), Copenhagen Coffee Lab, Espresso House or restaurants like Indian Temple (so good), the great great Naan and others.

The flatshare is in Barmbek Nord, bordering Winterhude. If you‘re a slow walker, you‘ll make it to Stadtpark in 10min on foot - and to S Alte Wöhr / Stadtpark in 7min (personally, I take less time), where you can take the S1 and S11, which connects Altona, Central Station and the airport. It will take less than 20mins to get you to central station / city center.
U Saarlandstraße and U Barmbek are a ~15min walk away or 1min taking the S1.

You‘re in luck, because you have the chance to live with the best. roommate. ever. Grace is the funniest and sweetest person you‘ll ever meet and she has a cool job at a musical theater - ask her about it when you meet! She is from Canada and understands some German, but you’d have to be comfortable communicating in English primarily. She also has a cat, Elio, and it would be great if you‘d be willing to feed him from time to time as well. Elio will pay you back in cuddles, which can‘t be beat.
Grace loves appreciating and making art, she‘s an avid puzzler and musical theater lover. She loves going out with her friends, but also enjoys her quiet nights at home binge watching some TV shows. Grace is not looking for somebody just for the purpose of splitting the rent, but someone who is easy to connect with and who also likes to be friends with their roommates 🧡

The rent is 490€ in total per month. You‘d have to pay a security deposit of 837,50€, which you‘ll get back when you move out. Because I bought a lot of communal stuff when I moved in, there‘s a one-time fee of 300€ for the washing machine, vacuum, kitchen furniture, etc.
