The 3-room flat with balcony is located on the 2nd floor of a classic red brick building in Barmbek. The common living room with TV is partially used for home office (2-3 days/week). The kitchen is fully-equipped, with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, as well as a small seating area (bar style). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Your future room has a north-east window and thus morning sun (in the occasion the sun shines in Hamburg).
The flat is furnished, with the exception of the available room. A desk and two cabinets (pictured above) can be entirely or partially taken over from the previous owner (price to be discussed). The flat also has a storage room in the attic and a cellar room.
The flat is located in a nice and quiet, very green area. Still, you can find everything you need for your daily life in the vicinity. Supermarkets (Penny, Rewe, Edeka, Aldi) and the U-Bahn/S-Bahn are within walking distance, as well as different shopping possibilities at the Fühle. The Stadtpark and Osterbekstrasse canal are close enough to go jogging, and can be reached by bike in 10 minutes. The connection to public transport is very good with the Alter Teichweg station (U1) a 5-minute walk away. The journey to Hbf takes about 12 minutes from here. Barmbek station is also a good 10-minute walk away. There, the U3 and S1 go to all important directions (airport, train station, Schanze, etc.).
A little about myself: I'm Bruna, 31 years old and I work full time (partially from home), and I like to enjoy my evenings in a relaxed atmosphere. Although I very much enjoy my alone time, I am also looking for a nice WG community. Cooking evenings (I'm a vegetarian), an after-work drink on the balcony, or Netflix marathons are some of the stuff I enjoy.
I am looking for a chill flatmate. Nevertheless, cleanliness and organisation are VERY important to me. I would also be happy to receive a short description of the person, so that I can assess whether it might be a good match (LGBTQIA+ friendly).
Move-in date is somewhat flexible. Nebenkosten includes electricity, water, and internet.
