I am looking for a girl to take over my room with balcony in a very nice renovated flat in Eppendorf, near the UKE. The apartment has a living room (with a fireplace) and is shared with a cool international girl who is also working. The entire flat, including bathroom and kitchen, are renovated and modern. City registration/Anmeldung is possible.
Price: approx. 640 euro per month including everything + 60 euro for a cleaning lady who comes every 2 weeks + 20 euros for the furniture in the common spaces and kitchen utensils. Some furniture in the bedroom (incl. bed) has to be taken over for approximately 150 euros.
Move in date: 27th or 28th of May.
Contract: 6 months with the possibility to extend.
The apartment is located in Eppendorf, near the UKE in a pleasant and safe neighborhood 5-7 minutes walk from Eppendorfer Marktplatz. Supermarkets (Edeka, Penny and Aldi) are all 600 m from the apartment.
Bus stops for 22, 392, 20 and 25 are walking distance from the apartment. Nearest U-Bahn station is Kellinghusenstrasse.
The beautiful and green parks Eppendorfer Park and Hayns Park are near the flat.
Please note that some furniture (incl. bed) has to be taken over for a reasonable price.
