Large bright room in Altbau flatshare 16.11 - 30.04

Located on the corner of Sonnenallee and Wildenbruchstraße, the apartment is a 7-minute walk to the Landwehrkanal, perfect to wind down in the evening! On the other side, you are close to Tempelhof. Lidl, Edeka and the Neukölln Arcaden shopping centre (with all sorts of shops, including Kaufland) are close by, as well as many restaurants and the famous bars of Weserstraße. Buses are at a 1-minute distance, and can connect you to Treptower Park/Sonnenalle S-Bahn stations in 5-10mins. For the metro it's a 5-minute walk to U7 Rathaus Neukölln, from where you reach anywhere in Berlin easily.

The large and modern flat (~125sqm) is on the 3rd floor (elevator to "floor 2.5") in the front house, and you will share it with 2 flatmates. There is a 4th room with a balcony that is used as the living room, where you can chill, dry your clothes, play board games, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and very large as well! Additionally, there's a small storage room and a basement.

You will share the apartment with Cecilia and Stephan. Cecilia is a full-time artist/painter, originally from Hong-Kong and the UK, she studied in the US and has been in Berlin for a few years now. Stephan is a senior developer, originally from Halle and has been in Berlin for a long time. Both are very chill, respectful and easy-going. Everyone has room to do whatever they want but we occasionally do sth. together and regularly meet in the kitchen or living room, have spontaneous chats or share a laugh.

As the rent is paid on the 1st of each month, I will pay be paying a full months rent on 1st Nov. Whoever gets the room will need to pay me 2 weeks worth of rent (350€) to cover the 16th - 30th November. After this, rent will be paid monthly on the 1st of each month to the Hauptmieter directly.

The new subtenant will also be required to pay me the deposit (1653€). The deposit will be returned to the new tenant from the Hauptmieter when the subtenancy ends under the normal conditions regarding deposits.

The total of both of the above must be transferred when the keys are handed over, not before or after.
