I’m looking for someone to sublet my room from the 18th of July to the end of August. (There is flexibility)
The rent is 595 euros warm per month.
Total cost can therefore be calculated according to the length of stay.
The room is a spacious 25 square meters and is located on Bundestrasse, directly beside the Universität Stadtbibliothek bus stop.
The room itself includes a living area, a large double bed, and a nice work set up with a very nice view and has really lovely lighting.
The other flatmates are Laura, a climate researcher at a startup; Marius, a sustainability consultant; Lea, a psychotherapist; Luis, a Master's student in climate sciences; and Josipa, also a Master's student in climate sciences. We're quite a diverse mix of people from Colombia, Germany, Portugal, and Croatia. We have a great living situation where we enjoy socializing and doing things together, while also respecting each other's privacy and downtime. The room is perfect for working from home if needed, and the flat is well located with excellent public transportation and close proximity to the city center.
The flat itself is also rather large, featuring a kitchen/dining room, two toilets (one of which contains a bath and shower), and a laundry room. The room is fully furnished with delightful furniture.
The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to public transportation and less than 5 minues walk from the UHH university campus. I’m from the UK and will be there during the sublet period.
