International flat share seeks roommate in ideal location to City, University, Alster and Dammtorbahnhof.
A nice, bright room in 4-room apartment in great location is available.
The room is about 14 sqm and is fully furnished to relax and work. It includes a large desk, a 140 cm bed, closet and TV bench. However, there is still enough space to add a few pieces of your own. The apartment is ideally cut with separate toilet, bathroom with tub, kitchen and cozy sitting area and 4 spacious rooms. The room price is an inclusive rent and already includes the operating and heating costs flat rate as well as the furniture and basic equipment of the common areas of the apartment. The room furnishing is also already included in the rent.
Also included is cable TV, for which each room has its own connection. The flat-sharing community concludes contracts for electricity and sewage/water together or via the landlord (approx. Euro 60,-), which are already included here as additional costs. In addition, there is an annual fee of currently Euro 175,- for high-speed DSL, which is to be paid in advance upon conclusion of the contract. The move-in date is flexible and can be arranged between end of August and beginning of September. The contract is until 30.9.2022, which can be extended again for 1 year depending on availability.
The house is located about 600 meters from the university in the middle of the student district. The Dammtor train station, Planten und Blomen park and Sternschanzenpark, as well as the city center and the Alster lake, are all just around the corner. From here, you have an ideal infrastructure and various train and bus stations on your doorstep. Due to the proximity to the train station, the location is also suitable for those who like to travel a lot. There is no lack of leisure activities here (jogging on the Alster or in Planten und Blomen, rowing clubs, university sports facilities, field hockey and tennis at Rothenbaum, etc.) and in the evening the Schanzenviertel and the Kiez are within easy reach.
The WG consists of post-grad students and young professionals who come from all over the world and are open-minded and interested. Everyone pursues their own interests independently, but there is also a nice togetherness and you can rely on each other. Everyone attaches importance to a clean and tidy living environment.
