Hey there!
I'll have a room available for April in my flat.
The room has high ceilings and a large window towards south, the wall between the 2 rooms in not the thickest wall, one can still hear a bit from the other room, therefore would be nice if you are someone that is noise conscious and manage that in an empathic way.
The flat has everything that ones need, and its very well located in St. Pauli, close to supermarkets, shops, bars and cafes.
The kitchen is quite cozy and has a small table where to sit.
The building is quiet and the neighbors are nice.
About the internet, I have a limited plan for internet, it goes until 200GB per month, so if you want to do home office everyday, I think that amount wouldn't be enough.
Close to S- Bahn Reeperbahn, U-Bahn St. Pauli.
Supermarkets, Edeka, Lidl, Penny, Budni, etc.
I'm Constanza, artist (34) I enjoy living in nice calm environment, I'm social but I also like to spend time on my own.
During April I will spend more time at home working from there.
I appreciate cleanliness and sharing tasks like taking the trash out, keeping clean the communal areas, etc, just the common sense things that make life nicer.
