I am temporarily subletting my room in a great apartment in the center of St. Pauli at Davidstrasse. I can for sure say that the room is available until the beginning of September, but so far it's unclear if I'll be back beginning of September or October. Renting it for less time is also possible.
Your room has approximately 18sqm, faces a kind of quiet backyard, has big double glazed windows, a couch that can be turned into a second bed, a desk, and there is even a small private balcony.
The apartment is a historic hotel with high ceilings, ornaments, and a second balcony. It is quite big ~220 sqm and consists of 6 bedrooms. Since we already live here, the common rooms are already furnished. The rent is 605 EUR warm and includes our lovely cleaning lady who comes every week to clean the common areas.

Your flatmates are the best. You can expect an international environment, with Leo (37, Italian), Lino (32, German), Lucia (32, Argentinian), Nele (24, German) and Silke (25, German), but we have all been living in Hamburg for some years. Our communication language is German and English. We enjoy spending time together, cooking, dancing, watching movies on our huge beamer.
