The room is 18m2 one of the bigger in the apartment. It will be available from the 07.07. It has a large window, facing a small walkthrough on the street side. It’s fully furnished with a bed, a large wardrobe as well as a desk and drawer.
I have many plants in my room and Im looking for someone that will also take care of them.
We’re on the ground floor in a larger apartment complex. It’s a pretty quiet, family-friendly area. The apartment has the typical Hamburger bathroom (elongated and rather slim, but you’ll get used to it), as well as a kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. There’s also a small balcony and garden which we are slowly bringing into shape.
Im asking for 680€ which is the proportional amount to the monthly rent. And a small deposit of 500€
Lage
We are living in Jarrestadt, which is located between Winterhude and Barmbek-Süd. All the buildings here are done in a typical redbrick-style. It’s a rather quiet, family-friendly area with a couple small cafés around the corner.
Jarrestadt used to be a worker’s district, then it was taken over as barracks for the army, now its gentrified as fuck. On the plus side this also means various supermarkets nearby (Rewe, Aldi, Markant) as well as a bigger shopping district with many bars, restaurants and gyms.
The closest U-Bahn is Borgweg (U4) which will take you into the center in approx. 10 min. There are also various bus lines around the corner which can connect you to the Hauptbahnhof or airport. The Binnenalster is about a 20min walk away. The Stadtpark is also close and gives you ample space for a jog.
WG-Leben
So far our WG life has been very chill and uncomplicated. We mostly meet in the evenings, while cooking in the kitchen or head out to a fleamarket or a restraurant over the weekend.
Im looking for someone that can stay here for the full duration the room is available for.
