Weil mein Mitbewohner die Segel streicht, um zu heiraten, suche ich ab dem 1. Juni einen Nachfolger. Da ich bisher kaum Zeit hatte Interessenten zu antworten, bzw. die Wohnung zu zeigen, vermiete ich jetzt in Anbetracht des schwindenden Zeit auch nur für den Juni, bis ich jemanden gefunden habe der etwas länger bleiben möchte (Siehe unten), was gar nicht so einfach ist.

ALLGEMEINES/IN GENERAL
Hi, ich suche eine/n entspannte/n, unkomplizierte/n Mitbewohner/in für meine 2- Zimmerwohnung in Winterhude.
Gerne bist Du internationale/r Student/in oder Praktikant/in und suchst eine befristete Miete von mindestens 3 Monaten in einer möblierten Wohnung.
Du solltest definitiv Nichtraucher/in sein, weltoffen, sauber, respektvoll, umgänglich und gerne etwas ruhiger sein und nicht gleich vor Einsamkeit sterben, wenn ich öfters für längere Zeit nicht da bin.
Dein Zimmer hat 14qm, es gibt ferner eine geräumige Küche mit Tisch und vier Stühlen, ein Wohnzimmer mit französischem Balkon gen Süden und ein nettes Bad mit Badewanne zum Entspannen.
Die Miete enthält alle Kosten für Strom, Gas, Wasser, DSL Internet und GEZ. Die unveränderte Höhe der Miete kann für 6-12 Monate garantiert werden - es sei denn Du kommst auf die Idee dort Cryptomining o.ä. zu betreiben. :))

International Students and peeps on work placement looking to rent a furnished room short term are welcome.
You should be open-minded/cosmopolitan, clean, friendly, respectful, easy to get along with, preferably of a quieter nature and be able to survive by yourself without any major attention withdrawal symptoms when I am working away for some weeks sometimes.

Your room is 14 m2 and there´s a spacious kitchen with table and 4 chairs, a living room with a french balcony and a nice bathroom with a bathtub to relax from stress.
The rent includes all bills: electricity, gas, water, DSL-internet, and the mandatory TV-licence. The rent amount is guaranteed to stay the same for 6-12 months unless you plan to engage in Crypto Mining or the like :))


LAGE/LOCATION
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Jarrestraße mit Bäckerei, Budni, 23h Rewe, Aldi, sowie ein breitgefächertes Gastroangebot (Italienisch, Libanesisch,Griechisch, Türkisch, Polnisch,Vietnamesisch/Asiatisch, Deutsch + einige Cafes) fußläufig im Nu zu erreichen.
Stadtpark ca 15 min zu Fuß, Alster und Mühlenkamp mit seinen vielen Geschäften, Restaurants, Bars und SUP Rental ca. 15-20 Min. zu Fuß; Bus 17, 172, 173 quasi fast vor der Tür, U-Bahn Saarlandstrasse ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß. 5 Min. mit Bus zum Bahnhof Barmbek, 15-20 Min. mit Bus zur U-Mundsburg oder Hauptbahnhof.
Mit Fahrrad ist man fix an der Uni oder in der City und kann dann morgens die schöne Alster auf dem Arbeitsweg genießen, die auch abends zum Chillen bei einem Gläschen Wein oder Afterwork-Picknick einläd.


The flat is located on Jarrestraße with a bakery, Budni, 23h-Rewe, Aldi within walking distance as well as a generous offering of food places (Italian, Libanese, Polish, Greek, Turkish, Vietnamese/Asian and German + some Cafes).
Walking distance to public gardens (Stadtpark) 15 min.; the Outer Alster lake and the hip Mühlenkamp with its many shops, restaurants, bars and SUP-Rental appr. 15-20 min.;( there´s a canoe rental 3 minutes away from the flat too).
Bus 17,172, 173 basically at the doorstep, Underground station (U3 Line) Saarlandstraße appr. 10 min. walking, by bus it takes 5 min. to Barmbek station, 15-20 min. to Mundsburg station (U3) as well as the central station (Hauptbahnhof).
By bike you will be at Uni or the city centre in no time whilst enjoying the scenic Alster lake and on your way back you may just be tempted to chill at the lake shore with a nice drink or have a picnic dinner.

Du mietest ein 14 qm großes Zimmer mit 140cm Bett, Schrank, großem Spiegel, Regal und Schubladencontainer.
Das Wohnzimmer kann von Dir als Arbeitszimmer und Hangout genutzt werden. Es befindet sich dort eine Arbeitsplatte und Drucker zur freien Benutzung. (Du kannst die Platte natürlich auch in Dein Zimmer stellen.)
Wenn ich da bin, arbeite ich allerdings auch dort auf der Couch am Laptop und werde dort ebenfalls schlafen. In den Zeiten in denen ich weg bin, hast Du auch das Zimmer für Dich. Die Küche sowie meine umfangreiche Gewürzkollektion steht Dir ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Es gibt Bettzeug und einige Handtücher zu freien Benutzung.

Was eventuell für einige wichtig ist: Es gibt keinen Fernseher und keinen Keller!
Rauchen und die Haltung von Haustieren ist ebenfalls nicht möglich.


You will be renting a room of 14 m2 including a 140cm bed, a wardrobe, a huge mirror, chest of drawers, and a shelf.
You can use the living room for your studies and as a hang out. There is a desk and a printer you can use as well as a comfy couch. (Of course, if you prefer, the working desk can be shifted to your room.)
When I am at home I will be working on the laptop on the couch in the living room and sleep there too though.
When I am away you will have the living room at your discretion.
The kitchen including my comprehensive spice collection are at your disposal as well.
For those international and short term guests, towels and bedclothes are there free to use too.
If it is of importance to you: There is no TV and no basement for storing stuff.
Smoking and keeping pets in the flat is not possible either.
