Hi there,
Due to the last minute cancellation, we are again looking for a new roommate.
We are Emma, Yannic and Doreen. Sadly I am moving out and have to leave our beloved WG.
We live in an apartment with 3 rooms with a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom.
My room is available starting from November 1st. The room is 15m2 with a large window (I think it's southeast facing window). I would like you to take over my stuff including a double bed with mattress, a sofa, a table, an office chair, a bookshelf, a closet and a carpet (like in the photo) for 150euro.
The apartment ist located in a very nice area. Bus station just right in front of the apartment, U-bahn line 1,2,8 and 3,7,9 are just 5 and 7 min on foot. We also have Rewe, Lidl, and Netto just right in the corner. It takes 7 min on foot to reach Lister Meile where there are a lots of nice Coffee and Restaurants.
We all have a very busy life either with work or study. Therefore, it is not a must for us to hang out together everyday but we'd love to meet and have a chat sometime until midnight. I really enjoy that. We do try to schedule a WG day when everybody has time to get together and cook and play some board games.
It is every important to us that everybody share the WG duty and take care of our apartment (It's an old apartment so it needs a lot of love from us).
Briefly about your future roommates:
Yannic (26), he is a PhD student in MHH. He spends a lot of time in the lab. When he has free time, Yannic like to go to the gym and go biking.
Doreen (30), she works in an insurance company but mostly do home office. She can speak many languages (English, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, and of course German). Doreen really likes to play board games.
We will have one day for the house-viewing (possible both online and offline). If you are interested in our WG, please write a short introduction and I hope to see you in our house-viewing day.
