Nette zentral gelegene 3-er WG

Die Wohnung liegt in Hannover Mitte zwischen dem Königsworther Platz, Steintor und Christuskirche. Somit sind wir total zentral gelegen und fast alle Stadtteile sind entweder mit Bahn oder Bus gut zu erreichen. Die Bahn-/Bushaltestellen können in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Zu Fuß kann man außerdem in etwa 5 Minuten zum nahe gelegenen Netto kommen oder in 10 Min. auch in den Georgen-/Welfengarten, wenn man ins Grüne möchte. Die Lage bietet Nähe zum Conticampus und zum Hauptgebäude der LUH, außerdem auch einen recht kurzen Weg zu verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (E-Damm, Innenstadt, Altstadt).
Zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder Öffis kommt man von der Wohnung aus also gut rum.
Die Nachbarschaft macht einen belebten Eindruck und die Nachbarn, die man ab und zu im Treppenhaus trifft, sind bisher nur nett gewesen.





The apartment is located in Hannover Mitte between Königsworther Platz, Steintor and Christuskirche. We are therefore very centrally located and almost all parts of the city can be easily reached by train or bus. The train/bus stops can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. You can also walk to the nearby Netto supermarket in about 5 minutes or to the Georgen-/Welfengarten in 10 minutes if you want to go out into the countryside. The location offers proximity to the Conticampus and the main building of LUH, as well as a fairly short distance to various shopping facilities (E-Damm, city center, old town).
It's easy to get around on foot, by bike or public transport from the apartment.
The neighborhood makes a lively impression and the neighbors you meet from time to time in the stairwell have been nothing but nice so far.

Wir streben ein unkompliziertes, freundliches und kommunikatives Zusammenleben an. Gerne unterhalten wir uns mal in der Küche beim Frühstück, kochen zusammen oder für die anderen einfach eben mit und essen gemeinsam. Hin und wieder unternehmen wir auch gerne mal was zusammen, dies ist aber nie ein muss und findet dann statt, wenn es sich gerade anbietet. Wir hoffen auf ein freundschaftliches Zusammenleben ohne Druck, sodass sich auch jeder immer Zeit für sich nehmen kann. Besuch ist in der Regel gerne gesehen und wir teilen auch das ein oder andere Lebensmittel. Wir wünschen uns, dass keine Fleischprodukte in der Küche und dem Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden. Es wäre also super, wenn du entweder vegetarisch oder vegan bist.

Die Mitbewohni:
Ich, Lisa (22) studiere Biologie im 5.Semester und habe einen recht ruhigen Charakter. Ich gehe meinst mehrmals die Woche zum Fitness und interessiere mich für Umwelt- und Naturschutzthemen. Gerne gehe ich mal eine Runde im Grünen spazieren und nehme dabei meine Kamera mit. Ich koche außerdem recht häufig und auch mal bisschen mehr, wenn jemand mitessen möchte.

Sociable and respectful person but quiet and privacy at home! I'm always ready to have a nice cup of tea together or a little talk in my free time between my classes (I'm kinda a teacher) and my chores (in my room watching a series, listening to music, with my friends, on spontaneous trip, doing some stuffs from school, or just studying to improve my German)…

Brötchen (1 Jahr und paar Monate) ist Lisa’s Katze aus dem Tierschutz. Sie ist etwas schüchtern, aber mag eigentlich sehr gerne Menschen. Sie ist verspielt und bisschen verrückt, wenn sie ihre 5 Minuten hat. Natürlich ist sie stubenrein, aber du solltest deine Haargummis und alles was nicht gefuttert oder geklaut werden sollte katzensicher aufbewahren. Eine Katzenhaarallergie können wir nicht empfehlen.





We strive to live together in an uncomplicated, friendly and communicative way. We like to chat in the kitchen over breakfast, cook together or simply cook for the others and eat together. From time to time we also like to do something together, but this is never a must and takes place when it is appropriate. We hope to live together as friends without pressure, so that everyone can always take time for themselves. Visitors are generally welcome and we also share the odd food item. We would prefer that no meat products are kept in the kitchen or fridge. So it would be great if you are either vegetarian or vegan.


The flatmate:
I, Lisa (22) study biology in the 5th semester and have a quite quiet character. I go to the gym several times a week and am interested in environmental and nature conservation issues. I like to go for a walk in the countryside and take my camera with me. I also cook quite often and sometimes a bit more if someone wants to eat with me.

Brötchen (1 year and a few months) is Lisa's cat from the animal shelter. She is a bit shy, but actually likes people very much. She is playful and a bit crazy when she has her 5 minutes. Of course she is house-trained, but you should keep your hair ties and everything that should not be eaten or stolen cat-safe. We cannot recommend a cat hair allergy.
