We, Pedro and Corentin, just recently founded a WG and we're searching for a third element to complete our dream team! The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Altbau (old but fully renovated building) with amazing historical features and a lot of space. Your room is 14 sqm with an authentic wood floor and a bright window towards the inside of the building. It's really quiet and you won't be bothered by noises from the street or from the kitchen. You can also enjoy the common living room or the big kitchen with balcony, as well as the eating space under the beautiful painted glass.
The apartment is in the Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage, right on the edge of the Altstadt. For transportation, you are within walking distance from Bismarckplatz. In less than 10 minutes you can sit and relax by the Neckar. There's enough supermarket possibilities, like Penny 3 minutes away and Rewe 5 minutes away. There's also a really nice market once a week in the Friedrich-Ebert-Platz. The nightlife of Altstadt and Bergheim is within walking distance. The building mostly has families or other WGs and the neighborhood is nice but not too fancy!
Your flat mates will be Corentin and Pedro. Corentin is 30 and a scientist in medical research in the Max-Planck-Institute. He's from France so obviously he loves great food and wines but he also likes doing sport or going out. Pedro is 27 and an engineer for automotive electronics. He loves his plants, listening to awesome music or drinking gin tonics at week nights.
We would prefer a girl because we like the idea of a mixed WG but everyone is welcome to apply! Mostly we value that you're clean and can communicate well with us whenever there is an issue. We both work during the day but we would like to find someone that likes to talk and do something together once in a while, like enjoy a wine on the balcony, a nice meal in our beautiful eating corner or watch a shitty movie in the living room. Of course everyone can have their privacy and space at any time!
The price includes rent, building costs like water and heating, Internet (150Mb/s), GEZ and electricity. Deposit would be two cold rents (800 Euros). The kitchen is fully equipped and we have a washing machine and dishwasher. We have a main bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet. There's also a cellar and a spacious yard with a nice garden where you can park your bike.
