Großes, helles Zimmer in chilliger WG sucht neue*n Bewohner*in

Unsere Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Kirchheim. Zu Fuß bist du in 5 Minuten am S-Bahnhof "Heidelberg Kirchheim-Rohrbach" und in nur 8 Minuten an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Odenwaldstraße". Du bist dementsprechend sehr schnell in der Heidelberger Altstadt oder auch in Mannheim, wenn du die S-Bahn nimmst. Mit dem Fahrrad brauchst du ca. 15-20 Minuten in die Stadt.
In 5-10 Minuten erreichst du allerhand Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Rewe, Aldi, DM sowie Friseure, Banken, Restaurants etc.
Falls du sportlich aktiv bist, kannst du auf den Kirchheimer Feldern die Straße runter super joggen gehen und gleich gegenüber von unserer Wohnung finden sich ein Basketball-, Bolz- und Baseballplatz.

The flat is located in beautiful Kirchheim. The S-Bahn station is a five minutes' walk away, the tram eight, so you can commute to the city centre or even Mannheim quite conveniently. The bike ride to the centre or old town is about 15-20 minutes.
You can also find anything you need for daily groceries and needs within five to ten minutes, retailers such as Rewe, Aldi, DM as well as hairdressers, banks, restaurants, the odd bar, etc. The Kirchheim fields just down the streets provide an excellent opportunity to go running if you're athletically inclined (or for walks in the sun if you're less so), and across the street and tracks you can find different other sports grounds.

Wir wünschen uns ein entspanntes, geselliges Zusammenleben, wo man sich ungezwungen zu einem Kaffee/Bier/Wein/Mate in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon zusammensetzen kann, oder mal gemeinsame Spiel/Filmeabende macht, mal Feiern geht, oder Musik macht - je nach Lust und Laune eben.

Natürlich hat auch jeder sein eigenes Leben und nimmt sich auch mal Zeit für sich, aber falls du gar kein Interesse an den oben genannten Dingen hättest, wäre das wahrscheinlich kein Match.

Die momentane Zusammensetzung besteht aus Annika, Dominik, Malte, Dominik und Mariia.
Annika studiert Grundschullehramt und ist gerne auf die verschiedensten Arten kreativ, Dominik nimmt gerade Kurs auf das Zweite Staatsexamen (+ PJ) und ist häufiger musikalisch aktiv. Malte macht Religionswissenschaft und ist desöfteren in einschlägigen Lokalitäten der Altstadt anzutreffen, Dominik studiert schon seit Menschengedenken Anglistik, falls er zwischen Nebenjob, Konzerten, Band und Rollenspielrunden mal dazu kommt und Mariia studiert Ethno & Frühgeschichte und ist sehr aktiv und kreativ.

Judith wird uns leider im Laufe des Mai verlassen und daher ihr Zimmer teilmöbiliert oder leer weitervermieten.

Falls du dich also selbst als toleranten, sozialen und offenen Menschen siehst, dann steht deinem Besuch nichts mehr im Wege :)

We're looking for a relaxed community within our flat, with the opportunity to casually sit down together in the kitchen or on the balcony for a coffee or other beverage of choice, to have game or movie nights, go out together, make music, all that good stuff.

Obviously everybody has their own stuff to do as well, and needs time and room for themselves, and of course everyone is welcome to both at any time - but if that's what you're looking for in particular, our flat may not be the best choice for you.

Currently, the WG consists of Annika, Dominik, Malte, Dominik (again), Mariia and Judith. Annika is studying to become an elementary school teacher and likes all things creative, Dominik is on the home stretch to becoming a doctor, Malte's major is Religious Studies and he can usually be found in a couple of choice watering holes down in the Altstadt. The other Dominik has been majoring in English since the dawn of time, provided he finds time for that between work, gigs, his band, and TTRPG dungeon crawls; Mariia studies Ethnology and Protohistory and is all around active and creative; and Judith works as an ornamental gardener, and she's also creative (a pattern is emerging) and out and about a lot.

Sadly, Judith is going to leave us at some point in May. Some of her furniture can be taken over by the next tenant, but it's also possible to take over an empty room.

So if you think of yourself as a tolerant, open-minded and sociable kind of person, there's nothing keeping you from swinging by and getting to know us, and if you're still interested after all that, go ahead and drop us a message!
