Hello everyone, I am an Erasmus student and I'm going back in Italy since my Erasmus period is finished. For this reason I am looking for a male student from the University of Heidelberg ( because the landlord only accepts students) to rent my room.
The apartment is located in Rohrbach, Konstanzer Str. 41, and it is very practical since there is a tram stop where the tram number 23 and 24 pass (so you can reach any part of Heidelberg easily) 5 minutes from the apartment and a bus stop in front the building, where busses M3, 28, 33 pass.
5 minutes from the apartment there is a shopping center where you will find everything you need: a really huge supermarket ( the Kaufland), a tabacco shop, a pharmacy, a stationery, several bars and restaurants and also a beauty center.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a condo and it is shared with a greek master student, who is very nice and quiet.
The room is quite large, with a double bed, a desk, a bookcase and a wardrobe. The room is facing south so it is very bright, thanks to the large window.
In the kitchen there are two induction cookers, a refrigerator, a toaster, a microwave, a small oven and a boiler.
In the building basement there is a washing machine and a dryer and ther is also a room where you can put your bicycle.
The rent is 390€ per month, which also includes electricity, heating and wifi, with a deposit of 780€. I would prefer if you star renting the apartment from the 19th of this month.
