Hello! i am leaving my room in the very nice Weststadt neighborhood.
The room is quite simple and has a large window with a very effective roller shutter. it is very well heated in the winter, like the whole flat. It is big enough to fit a desk, a large bed and many furniture for your things.
The living room is also quite big and will accomodate some of your belongings as a sharing space. The flat also benefits with a very nice balcony in towards the interior alley.
Practicalities:

- bicycle storage (virtually as many as you want)

I would offer to re-sell part of my furniture, to be discussed once you decide to take the room and depending on what you need.
My roommate, is quite discreet and will let you live your life and have guests. The living rules were quite relax for the year I spent in the flat :)
The rent contract is signed directly with the owners. It is a couple who used to live in the flat. So you would have a 100% real and legal rent contract.

The heating is ~110€/month for a total of 650€/month
internet & electricity is on top ~70€/month
The new roommate would have to pay 300€ to rebuy the common furniture & equipment that is already in the flat (vacuum cleaner, sofa, table, washing machine...)
